Moreover we aim to develop in collaboration with SOCCOM the Antarctic / Southern Ocean modelling portal to provide access to modelling results, data and evaluations for the non-expert. This will empower a large science community as well as other interested parties, such as policy units, to become informed users and will lead to faster, improved, and more extensive use of model results. pdf AntClim21 Theme 1 Workshop Agenda, 2013 Published on 01 September 2013 Modified on 07 February 2019 By Anonymous 839 downloads Download (pdf, 58 KB) AntClim21_Workshop_Theme1_agenda_2013.pdf Theme 1 Workshop on Quantification of Antarctic climate variabilityHeld in Castine, Maine 22-24 September 2013 pdf AntClim21 Theme 2 Workshop Plan, 2014 Published on 01 December 2014 Modified on 07 February 2019 By Anonymous 815 downloads Download (pdf, 47 KB) AntClim21_Workshop_Theme2_plan_2014.pdf Theme 2 Workshop – “Antarctic Climate Model Verification”Held at AGU 2014 pdf AntClim21 Theme 2 Workshop Programme, 2014 Published on 01 December 2014 Modified on 07 February 2019 By Anonymous 943 downloads Download (pdf, 62 KB) AntClim21_Workshop_Theme2_Prog_2014.pdf Theme 2 Workshop – “Antarctic Climate Model Verification”Held at AGU 2014 pdf AntClim21 Theme1 Workshop Information, 2013 Published on 01 September 2013 Modified on 07 February 2019 By Anonymous 779 downloads Download (pdf, 70 KB) AntClim21_Workshop_Theme1_info_2013.pdf Theme 1 Workshop on Quantification of Antarctic climate variabilityHeld in Castine, Maine 22-24 September 2013 pdf Highlights of the AntClim21 Programme Published on 08 December 2021 By Anonymous 432 downloads Download (pdf, 1.47 MB) AntClim21_highlights_v2_reduced.pdf Antarctica on the EdgeHighlights of the SCAR Scientific Research Programme Antarctic Climate Change over the 21st Century Antarctic Climate Change over the 21st Century (AntClim21) focused on the critical issue of estimating how the Antarctic climate system may change over the 21st century. Although the focus was on physical components of the system – specifically atmosphere, ocean and sea ice – strong links across disciplines led to some of the most exciting and high impact science. Key to making scientific progress has been the evaluation of climate models against observations and reconstructions of the past, ranging from the modern instrumental period to longer-term paleo-reconstructions. This document summarises the major achievements of AntClim21 both scientifically and in terms of community outreach and capacity building. pdf Map of CMIP5 Antarctic near-surface temperature projections to 2100 (v1.0) Published on 22 May 2018 By Anonymous 1042 downloads Download (pdf, 9.06 MB) Antclim 21Maps of CMIP5 Antarctic near-surface temperature projections to 2100 (v1.0).pdf Antarctic Climate Projections to 2100: Maps of CMIP5 Antarctic near-surface temperature projections to 2100 (v1.0)
