Registration for the conference is still open. You can register on our conference website through this link.
To support students and young professionals amidst the global economic situation, the local organisers have made tremendous efforts to keep registration fees as low as possible:
- Early Bird Registration (until Sunday, 30 June 2024):
- Students: $100 USD
- Regular participants: $140 USD
- Regular Registration (from 1 July 2024):
- Students: $130 USD
- Regular participants: $175 USD
Note: For international participants, we recommend using the option “Register now and pay later”. You will then be sent a link to the payment solution WeTravel.
While registering, please consider signing up for the Antarctic Mentor Match Initiative, designed to foster connections and idea exchange among researchers. We also appreciate your participation in our demographic survey and travel questionnaire.

Accommodation and Travel
The local organisers have reserved the Gran Hotel Enjoy Pucón for the duration of the OSC. Details on the rooms and instruction on how to book a room can be found here. Additional accommodation options in and around Pucón are available here.
The nearest airport is La Araucanía International Airport (ZCO), also known as Temuco Airport. Free buses on selected days will be provided by the local hosts from Temuco Airport to Pucón. Additional transport options, including buses, taxis, and transfers, are available. Detailed travel information, including recommended routes, will soon be published on our travel section.
