Conference: 33rd Forum for Research into Ice Shelf Processes (FRISP)

FRISP iceshelfThe 33rd Forum for Research into Ice Shelf Processess (FRISP) will be held from 15-18 September 2019 at The Queen’s College, Oxford, UK. The conference will begin on the evening of 15 September (Sunday) and conclude at lunchtime on 18 September (Wednesday).

The conference will be followed by the International Thwaites Glacier Collaboration annual meeting, which will run from 18-19 September (Wednesday and Thursday).

The Forum for Research into Ice Shelf Processes (FRISP) is a SCAR Expert Group that aims to coordinate the community engaged in research on the glaciological, oceanic and atmospheric processes governing the behaviour of ice shelves that are key to the ice sheet contribution to sea level change.
