The SCAR RINGS Action Group can endorse projects that will accomplish key science deliverables that will advance the RINGS research goals. The purpose of this endorsement is:
- to confirm that the proposed project is expected to advance the goals and values of the RINGS community;
- to promote collaboration between projects in order to maximize the impact of research towards RINGS’s goals;
- to ensure that data acquired towards the RINGS goals will be FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable) throughout the science community.
Details can be found in the RINGS endorsement procedure and shared values document. Prospective project leaders can submit their applications using this form. There is no deadline for endorsement applications, the group will process them as they come in.
