The international polar community celebrates Antarctica Day on the 1st of December to commemorate the 61st anniversary of the Antarctic Treaty.
The Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS) is hosting a series of online webinars to celebrate Antarctica Day. The webinars will cover the topics “Building Bridges between Politics and Science” and “How to Get to Antarctica”.
The Antarctic Environments Portal will be presenting a talk on “The Antarctic Environments Portal – Antarctic Science at the fingertips of policy makers” in the panel “Building Bridges between Politics and Science”.
The Portal Editor Dr. Neil Gilbert will give an overview of the work of the portal and explain how you can get involved.
