Madeline Armstrong

Madeline Armstrong is currently a PhD student in the Mahon Lab at Central Michigan University, USA. Her undergraduate degree is in Marine Science and Small Vessel Operations from Maine Maritime Academy. Madeline’s current research focus is on phylogeography of Southern Ocean Pycnogonida. After graduation, she is hoping to get involved with policy work to help disseminate science to the government officials and fight for conservation of the natural world. Madeline is passionate about making science more attainable and accessible to everyone, especially minorities.
