Ant-ICON Theme 2 Lead
Andy is a quantitative ecologist, primarily focussed on ecosystem based management and the interaction between fisheries and marine vertebrates, using telemetry, genetics, biogeochemistry and oceanography as relevant toolsets. He is currently investigating the spatial, temporal, trophic and functional overlap between Antarctic krill predators and commercial fishing. He is also interested in developing appropriate indicator metrics from these predators, to help identify and monitor these overlaps and their potential impacts.
