Gaurav Sushant

Dr Gaurav Sushant is Assistant Professor Senior of Spanish and Latin American Studies at the School of Social Science and Languages in Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. He completed his PhD from the School of International Studies at the Centre for Canadian, US and Latin American Studies in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His PhD research focused on the role of equity in the higher education policies in Chile from 1990 to 2009. His research interest and expertise centres on Chilean politics, higher education policy, democracy and equity in Chilean context and Chilean policy in the Antarctic Region. Apart from that his research also centres on the use of technology while teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
