Claudia Silva is a Doctoral Candidate on International Relations at Universidad del Salvador. She obtained a Master in Public Administration degree (with honors) from Harvard University, an Expert Diploma on Evaluation of Public Policy from Sevilla University and a degree in Economics from Argentine Catholic University (UCA). She is a Professor on Design and Management of Social Programs at FLACSO Argentina.
Previously, Claudia was an Adjunct Professor of Economics at UCA, and an Instructor of Economics of Regulation at Harvard University. She has been a Visiting Researcher at David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies, Harvard University; a Research Fellow and a Research Project Manager at Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, Harvard University, where she focused on International Public Goods. Claudia is a practitioner and professor of public management and public policy, currently working as National Director of Programs with International Financing at the Chief of the Cabinet’s Office, Argentina. Besides she is working on her dissertation on theories of international regimes and the Antarctic Treaty System governance and decision-making process. Due to academic performance and commitment to public service she was awarded the Lucius N. Littauer Fellowship and the Extraordinary Contribution to the Mason Program Award, both from Harvard Kennedy School.
