Wilson Andrés Ríos Angulo
Naval School "Almirante Padilla" / Colombian Antarctic Program
Wilson is an Administrator of the Naval School “Almirante Padilla” (ENAP), with specialization in Politics and Maritime Strategy at ENAP and National Security and Defense at ESDEGUE (Escuela Superior de Guerra). He is currently finishing a master’s degree in Strategic and Prospective Thinking at the Externado University of Colombia and is pursuing a master’s degree in Environmental Management at UNIR (Universitaria Internacional de La Rioja). He has been an Antarctic expeditionary three times, where he has researched information for projects related to the installation of the Colombian scientific station in the Antarctic. He has experience in the development of Antarctic logistics and human talent management projects.
Wilson is currently working on a project that seeks the creation of Colombia Antarctic policy that allows the development of activities for the Colombian Antarctic program. Besides, he is working in a project to study organizational culture within the framework of the Model of Values in Competition for a future Colombian scientific station in Antarctica.
