The 18^th International Conference on Cold Regions Engineering and the 8^th Canadian Permafrost Conference will be held in Quebec, Canada, in August 2019. The conference will include a wide variety of topics under the theme: “Sustainable infrastructure development in a changing cold environment”. Earth sciences, Seasonally and perennially frozen soils, Transportation infrastructure, structures, buildings and materials and Water ice engineering will be the main topics for our conference.
