The Rules of Procedure for SCAR Subsidiary Bodies are supplementary and subordinate to the SCAR Rules of Procedure. The SCAR Rules of Procedure will take precedence in questions of interpretation of the Rules of Procedure for SCAR Subsidiary Bodies.
