SCAR is always seeking new and innovative ways to communicate Antarctic science to everyone (scientists, managers, the public) with greater impact. At the SCAR Open Science Conference in Auckland, New Zealand in August this year, an Antarctic Science Communication Award was given for the most innovative presentation of Antarctic research results in any discipline.
